How a job runs

  1. You send the source — PDF, scan, or images, and which pages matter. No account, no onboarding call.
  2. Primary extraction pulls the table into a structured grid, keeping the source's own values verbatim. Nothing is rounded, nothing is guessed.
  3. A second, independent engine re-reads the same pages. The two outputs are diffed cell by cell.
  4. Structural checks run on the result — row counts against the published grid, continuity between brackets, monotonicity, arithmetic identities the document itself implies.
  5. Anything the two passes disagree on is read against the source by hand and flagged in the report. If a value is genuinely unreadable, it is marked, never invented.
  6. You get the .xlsx, the .csv, and the reconciliation PDF that shows all of the above.
